Children On Parade
The sun retreats to it’s resting place
And the wind begins to howl
The Autumn
leaves dance and sing
And wait for the haunting hour
The moon lets out a lazy yawn
And casts an eerie glow
As the children on parade
Adorned in costume,
show
Their masks, their scariest screams
On each and every doorstep
Beware for if there are no treats
A
trick you’ll surely get!
