Ingredients 1 can (14 ounces) pumpkin, chilled 3 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese 1 container (6
ounces) vanilla yogurt 2 cups milk 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie
spice canned whipping cream, to garnish
in a blender, combine pumpkin, cream cheese, yogurt, pumpkin spice,
dash of vanilla extract. Blend together until smooth, and begin adding the ice (optional) while continuing to blend. When
mixture is thick and creamy, stop. Transfer the smoothie into some tall glasses, and garnish with whipped cream and maybe
a cinnamon stick. Serves 6
