A Refreshing Change From Butter or Jam
Hard margarine, softened
1/2 cup
Granulated Sugar 1/2
cup
Finely grated rind of 1 orange
Finely grated rind of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 orange
Juice of 1 lemon
Beat margarine is small bowl until light-colored. Add sugar very gradually while beating. Add
rinds and juices. Spread on raisin bread, raisin biscuits or welsh cakes. Makes 1 cup spread
