Make as drop cookies or rolled ball

Evaporated Milk (small can)

Butterscotch chips

Quick cooking rolled oats

Medium Coconut

Stir sugar, butter and milk in saucepan. Heat stirring constantly while it comes to a boil and
boils for 1 minute. Remove from heat.
Add butterscotch chips. Stir until melted
Mix in rolled oats and coconut. Stir well. cool for 5 to 10 minutes. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls
onto waxed paper. chill until firm. Makes about 6 dozen.
